The Search Engine Optimization Legislation Fellowship Program
The SEO Law Fellowship is the only program of its type that offers gifted, incoming law school students from historically underrepresented backgrounds the chance to work at a top law firm during the summer before law school. Law students begin their 12-month Fellowship with a 10-week summer experience that includes SEO Law's specialized Law Institute, a two-week intensive program that teaches legal analysis, legal research and writing, and law school research study and test strategy, as well as a paid teaching fellowship at a business law firm. During their first year of regular school, fellows also receive extra academic tutoring.By providing compensation for both their work at the company and their participation in the Regulation Institute, our companies generously buy search engine optimization Regulation Fellows.

Types of Functions
SEO Law Fellows observe and participate in the day-to-day activities of attorneys at some of the most famous law firms in the nation. In general, business attorneys can be categorized as either litigators or transactional attorneys. Transactional lawyers advise businesses involved in large financial transactions such as stock IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reconstructions, and international fundraising.
Litigators operate in a variety of legal fields, such as securities, tax, bankruptcy, antitrust, real estate, and white-collar crime, and they can represent complainants as well as offenders in trials, settlements, and negotiation agreements.
Business lawyers must be detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, and, most importantly, possess the analytical capacity to appreciate how the law applies to the objectives of a client's business. Over the summer, our fellows have the chance to put these skills to use.
